Return Policy

Returns will gladly be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
All returns must be in original packaging. The original invoice must accompany all returns.
Electrical Parts and Parts coded as non-returnable by the manufacturer are not returnable.

Product Warranty
We honor each of our manufacturer/supplier's product warranties for workmanship and material.
We offer no warranty over or above manufacturer warranties.

Special Orders
Non-stocked Special Order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be returned within 30 days of purchase..

Occasionally items may be temporarily back-ordered due to circumstances beyond our control. The item will be shipped as soon as it is available, either from TriGreen Equipment LLC or directly from the manufacturer/supplier.


Refunds for orders will only be issued in the form of a credit back to the original form or payment. No refunds will be issued by check or cash.
Refunds will only be issued after the returned parts are received.

We will issue an exchange or refund for most items returned in new condition (must be new, unused, not damaged, and include all original manufacturer packaging), within 30 days of original invoice date.

There will be no refund given for electrical parts, engines, short blocks, decks, manuals or gaskets.

Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.  The charges listed on the order are an estimate.  The actual shipping charge could be lower or higher depending on the  parts being ordered.  Any package shipped freight collect or COD will not be accepted.

Please note that If you receive a defective product, or have received the wrong part because of an error on our part, we will exchange it or issue a refund for the parts and shipping charges. shipping costs are not refundable.
